Dave Morith founded Hazelmor Nursery in 2023 after a decade-long career managing a rare tree nursery. Dave has a lifelong passion for beautiful plants, and now offers a collection of his favorites for sale: Conifers, Japanese maples, flowering trees and shrubs, perennials, and natives for every garden.
Hazelmor is based out of our historic home located in West Henrietta, New York. The original cobblestone section of the home was built around 1830, and was an anchor for a 100-acre farm. From atop the hill, the original inhabitants of the home watched the city of Rochester bloom into a bustling city. We are the fourth family to inhabit this nearly 200-year-old home, full of historic features and happy memories. Ask us about our home's history (if you have more than a few minutes to spare!) Dave and his partner Maggie are both Rush-Henrietta graduates, and are excited to spread more natural beauty around their hometown! |
